I love the HIIT classes! It’s a fast paced, intense workout. All the exercises are great and I’ve learnt so much during classes. I can always count on the instructors to assist during the workout, which is really helpful, definitely coming back every week.
Great location! All the trainers are really friendly. The workouts were fun but still very challenging. I purchased the unlimited classes pack and I go to 2 classes every Saturday. Highly recommend joining!
All the classes are awesome! My girlfriend and I go all the time, we do all the classes together. Loving the outdoor classes, the location is amazing, working out in the sun, right on the water can't ask for much more.
The boxing classes were great, the instructors get involved which makes it more fun. The grouped workouts are really good, everyone pushes each other and the whole class work really well together.
